ZMA promotes more deep, restful sleep and increases the likelihood of lucid dreaming. The effects are especially apparent if I had a hard weight training session that day. I have taken the SNAC ZMA by Victor Conte for over a year now with great success. Primaforce ZMA uses the SNAC proprietary blend and is equally effective at a competitive price. I would recommend this supplement to anyone who is interested in improving the quality of their sleep, which is an integral component in recovering from training.

I started taking this product about three weeks ago. It's too early to tell the exact results but I can say, I'm sleeping more at nights. I used to sleep about three to four hours at nights before waking up. I now sleep soundly for about six to seven hours and loss about four pounds so far. I will do a follow up when the the bottle is finished.

Most weight training and physical fitness experts worth their paychecks will tell you that your body heals during sleep. That's where this product comes in.
Until not too long ago I never knew just how important nutrition was to an exercise program. I was not getting the results I wanted.
Then I began looking into the science behind weight training and found that 60-80% of your success relies on nutrition!
A combination of this product and a new diet has boosted my weight by over 15 pounds in a month of relatively simple exercise, and it's noticably muscle that I've built.
Great product, highly recommended for anyone looking to maximize their recovery and a better sleep. Though, you may notice some weird dreams at first!

All ZMA products are the same formula so I go with the cheapest source and this is it. I take it around 30 min before I go to sleep on an empty stomach and I get a much deeper sleep than when I do not take it.

I love this stuff. It makes for incredible rest.
If you lift, you know you heal in your sleep. That may be the reason for the gains people attribute to this stuff. There's a recent study available on pubmed.com that shows no effect from ZMA supplementation vs. a control.
However, there are numerous other studies showing a benefit (in testosterone levels) from zinc supplementation.
Whether or not this is 'doing anything' in terms of adding size, I don't care. When I take it my RLS doesn't wake me up, and I LOVE the deep, restful sleep I get.
There's no difference in brands, typically, so get the cheapest stuff you can that's licensed from SNAC. Right now this is the cheapest source I've found, so that's why the review is here.
